All carriers in our network maintain comprehensive cargo insurance. Carrier liability is limited to the terms of their insurance policy. We recommend customers maintain their own comprehensive auto insurance during transport.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled pickup are free. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Once a carrier has been dispatched, cancellation fees apply.
Customers must disclose the accurate condition of their vehicle at the time of booking. Inoperable vehicles require special equipment and incur additional fees. A bill of lading documenting vehicle condition is completed at pickup and delivery.
